Display real estate:
When it comes to multi-tasking, more screen real estate can be a real productivity boost. And that’s where dual monitors come in. With two monitors, you can have multiple applications open on each screen, which can make it easier to reference different documents or websites simultaneously. You can also use one monitor for your primary work tasks and the other for less time-sensitive information such as email or social media.
Dual monitors also come in handy when you need to compare two documents side by side. This can help you spot discrepancies or similarities between the two files more quickly. Alternatively, you could use one monitor for your main document and the other for a reference document or spreadsheet.

Productivity:

Cost:
Two monitors can be more expensive than one monitor but for the benefits on productivity its relatively inexpensive. With today’s technology, it is possible to buy two monitors for the price of one large monitor. However, there are a few things to consider before making this purchase.
